About STUDIO INIIT AB
STUDIO INIIT AB (hereinafter referred to as “STUDIO INIIT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) offers services for gift wrapping, gift advice and planning, as well as gift curation services for various types of events and occasions. STUDIO INIIT provides a unique and tailored experience to each customer, and its products and services are carefully designed and customized to meet individual customer needs. Furthermore, STUDIO INIIT produces handmade bags, crafted exclusively to order, ensuring each piece is unique.

General
These purchase conditions contain information and terms related to your purchase, and they apply to orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) as a consumer, for products through digital channels such as email, Instagram, or the STUDIO INIIT shop website. Gift wrapping services are covered by the general terms and conditions outlined in STUDIO INIIT website.
To make purchases from STUDIO INIIT shop, you must be at least 18 years old. You must accept the general terms and conditions to make a purchase. By accepting the general terms and conditions, you also accept the shipping and delivery conditions, and return and refund policy. Additionally, you commit to adhering to the conditions in their entirety and agree that you have read the information on personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with STUDIO INIIT shop Privacy Policy. You accept the general terms and conditions when placing your order.
STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions and the delivery conditions at any time without prior notice. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please feel free to contact us.
Order and Payments
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will contain detailed information about the products, prices, billing, and shipping details. If you notice any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately. By completing your order, you agree that we may begin the service of preparing your handmade product.
When you place an order on our website, you can choose to pay directly with a credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express).
For orders placed through our customer service forms or via email, payment can be made to our PlusGiro account (bank transfer). A 20% down payment of the total order value may be required to begin preparing the product. In such cases, payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Full payment must be made no later than one day before the expected shipping date.
STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to withhold shipment and delivery of the product until all payments have been confirmed. If the payment is not made within a specified additional period, we may cancel the purchase. In the event of late payment, STUDIO INIIT is not obligated to adhere to the original delivery date, and you forfeit the right to request any compensation.
STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods for each purchase.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (referred as “SEK” or “kr”) and include 25% VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, packaging, etc., which are separately indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.
Shipping and Delivery
STUDIO INIIT may offer various transport options for delivery. Delivery fees may vary for each option. We offer free shipping within Sweden with PostNord for orders of 1 000 SEK and more.
We can ship products to other countries within the European Union. Transport and shipping fees will depend on the destination country and these fees will be paid by the customer. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional fees such as import and customs duties.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on several factors, and we will provide information about them and delivery times in the order confirmation. If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us.
Cancellation
You always have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped and, in certain cases, before delivery has occurred. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us and provide your order number. A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us.
In general, when canceling, STUDIO INIIT may require compensation for costs incurred in connection with the order. The compensation depends on the price of the product, the ordered amount, and when the order is canceled.
Cancellation Due to Delivery Delays:
If you cancel the order due to delivery delays not caused by you, we will provide a full refund (no fees will be deducted).
Cancellation Before Shipping:
Customers can cancel their order at any time before it has been shipped. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a partial refund.
Cancellation Before Delivery:
If your order has already been processed for shipping but not yet delivered, you may still request a cancellation. We will attempt to intercept the shipment and, if successful, will process a cancellation and partial refund. If we cannot intercept the shipment, you will need to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Fees and Refunds
A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value (minimum fee of 50 SEK) will be applied. This fee compensates for the initial service of handcrafting the bag. Additionally, return fees may apply. Note that shipping, packaging, and other fees are not refundable. Shipping fees will always be added for cancelled orders even if we offered discounted delivery fee or free delivery. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product at our premises. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods.

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act for private consumers, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you received the products.
You need to contact us immediately within 14 days from the date of delivery and clearly state you want to exercise your right of withdrawal and we will provide you with further instructions. You must provide your order number; otherwise, we might not be able to proceed with your request. You must return the items within 14 days after notifying it to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Fees and Refunds
When you return a product within the right of withdrawal period, a 5% fee of the total order value (minimum fee of 50 SEK) will be applied. This fee compensates for the initial service of handcrafting the bag. Delivery shipping fees will always be added for returned orders even if we offered discounted delivery fee or free delivery. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping, packaging, and other fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note that if the quality of the product has been affected due to the customer handling it more than necessary to examine its properties or functions, an additional deduction corresponding to the decrease in the product’s value will be made from the refund. Examples include damaged or stained items, signs of use, removed tags, or broken packaging. This charge can be up to 100% of the item’s value if the product is deemed unsellable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and proceed with a refund according to the terms outlined above.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our premises. This time accounts for the examination of the items, administrative work, and processing of the refund. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods.

Guarantee, Complaints, and Claims
STUDIO INIIT’s products and services do not come with a guarantee. We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, undertake to rectify the error at no cost. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered. How to Proceed with a Complaint
Any faults and defects must always be reported to our customer service including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to rectify the fault or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In cases of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may occur as a result of the product. We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers, and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and sell out of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products’ exact appearance, as there may be slight variations in color due to screen displays, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with an order.
Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service and the customer, you, as the customer, can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden – ARN). For residents of EU countries other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online through the EU Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies in Sweden.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
