Shipping and Delivery Conditions
General
STUDIO INIIT offers free delivery within Sweden for orders of 1 000 SEK or more. For orders under 1 000 SEK, a fixed shipping fee will be added. For deliveries outside Sweden, a shipping fee will be added based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. STUDIO INIIT does not collect or reimburse these charges.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping company and the delivery location. Within Sweden, delivery is typically expected within 1 to 4 business days after the product leaves our premises. However, STUDIO INIIT cannot control or guarantee delivery times beyond the estimated timeframe. For international deliveries, shipping may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not binding. Generally, STUDIO INIIT ensures items are traceable, allowing customers to monitor the shipment and plan for its arrival.
Please note that STUDIO INIIT handcrafts its products to order. Creating your product may take up to 3 working days. Once your product is ready, we will ship it to you.

The following PostNord options and prices are applicable for shipments in Sweden.
PostNord Varubrev
Delivered to the recipient’s mailbox; if the packet does not fit, it is left by the recipient’s door. Expected delivery time is within 4 days.
- Price: 59 SEK for orders up to 999 SEK
- Price: Free for orders of 1 000 SEK or more
PostNord Varubrev 1st class
Delivered to the recipient’s mailbox; if the packet does not fit, it is left by the recipient’s door. Expected delivery time is within 2 days.
- Price: 79 SEK for orders up to 999 SEK
- Price: 49 SEK for orders of 1 000 SEK or more
PostNord Varubrev Service Point
Delivered to a service point. Identification at the service point is required. Expected delivery time is within 2 days.
- Price: 99 SEK for orders up to 1 499 SEK
- Price: 69 SEK for orders of 1 500 SEK or more
Delivery to Europe
Delivery times and conditions are subject to the policies of the courier service in the destination country. The estimated delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination, typically ranging from 3 to 6 business days.
- Price: 119 SEK for orders up to 1 999 SEK
- Price: 99 SEK for orders of 2 000 SEK or more
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. STUDIO INIIT is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect mobile phone numbers, delivery addresses, or email addresses provided by the customer. If correction of delivery details is possible after dispatch, actual costs charged by the carrier and reasonable administrative expenses will apply. These costs are incurred due to circumstances attributable to the customer and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If a shipment is returned to STUDIO INIIT due to failure to collect the parcel or incorrect delivery information, the provisions regarding uncollected shipments in our Return and Refund Policy apply.
