Returns and Refund Policy

General

The following returns and refund policy contains a summary of the information available in our general terms and conditions, as well as the shipping and delivery conditions outlined on the STUDIO INIIT shop website.

Returns

Due to right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you received the products. After the right of withdrawal period has passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping and its associated costs are your responsibility.

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must return the items within 14 days after notifying it to us.

If you want to return your product, you need to contact us, clearly state you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, and we will provide you with further instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation.

Due to order cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or, in some cases, before delivery has occurred.

If you cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping but not yet delivered, we will attempt to intercept the shipment. If successful, we will process a cancellation. If we cannot intercept the shipment, you will need to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Fees

If you return a product, STUDIO INIIT may require compensation for costs incurred in connection with the order. The compensation depends on the price of the product, the ordered amount, and when the order is canceled.

The following fees will apply:

5% of the total order value (minimum fee of 50 SEK) to compensate for the initial service of handcrafting the product.
Delivery shipping fees for returned orders, even if we offered discounted delivery fee or free delivery.

In addition, in case of returns based on the right of withdrawal:

If the product’s quality has been affected due to the customer handling it more than necessary, an additional deduction corresponding to the decrease in the product’s value will be made from the refund. This charge can be up to 100% of the item’s value if the product is deemed unsellable.
Upon request, STUDIO INIIT may assist with arranging the return of the product in Sweden. This return service has a fee of 99 SEK.

In the event of a return due to uncollected items or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer:

An expedition fee of 250 SEK will be applied to cover administrative work and the return shipping to STUDIO INIIT.
Additional charges may apply to arrange a new shipment to you.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for returns based on the right of withdrawal and order cancellation. However, no refunds will be provided when the product is returned due to incorrect delivery information or failure to pick up the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will provide further details on the refund and any applicable fees that will be deducted from your refund. Shipping, packaging, and other fees are not refundable. When your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
