STUDIO INIIT is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. What is personal data?

What data do we store?
To manage your order and respond to customer service enquiries, we store contact and delivery information, such as your first name, last name, personal identification number or organization number, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and payment information. Order information, including purchase history and limited payment details, is also stored.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, such as fulfilling the agreement with you or complying with legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the Accounting Act.
Marketing, analytics, promotions, and similar communications occur with your consent.
With whom and for what purpose do we share data?
We do not disclose your data to other companies or organizations unless required by law or necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. We may disclose your personal data with partners, suppliers, or subcontractors, but only if necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We do not disclose more personal data than is necessary.

Payment provider
We use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to handle payment transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe. Your payment information is shared with Stripe to facilitate the transaction. Stripe processes your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Payment information includes first name, last name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, and payment method and details. Additional, your personal identification number may also stored by the payment provider. This information is stored to complete the purchase and protect the parties against fraud.
Shipping company
We work with third-party logistics providers, such as PostNord, to handle the shipping and delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order. PostNord processes your information in accordance with their privacy policy.
To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. Personal identification number may also be shared for identification.
Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
Currently, we do not offer a newsletter service and therefore do not collect data for this purpose.
Transactional emails
Transactional emails include order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other essential communications related to your purchase. For this purpose, your first name, last name, email address, and order details are shared with our transactional email provider. This information is used solely to facilitate and enhance your shopping experience with us.
Currently, transactional emails are managed by STUDIO INIIT.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our service. With your consent, Google Analytics processes and collects your personal data to track and monitor website traffic and provide insights for improvement. This data is shared with other Google services and used for contextualizing and personalizing ads of its own advertising network. Google processes your information in accordance with their privacy policy.
We also use WooCommerce analytics. WooCommerce analytics is a reporting and data analysis tool to help managing our store.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have several rights regarding the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us.
We reserve the right to take appropriate security measures to ensure that you are who you claim to be when you contact us. If you cannot verify your identity in a credible manner, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

You have the right to receive an excerpt of all information we have about you. The excerpt is provided electronically in a readable format.
