Payment by Invoice

Online Shop Payments and Payment Links
Payments made through our online shop or via payment links provided by us, including payments initiated through our customer service (for example via email or contact forms), are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
When a payment is made, the necessary, the necessary payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
Payment information includes first name, last name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, and payment method and details. Depending on the payment method, your personal identification number may be processed by the payment provider for identification, credit assessment, or fraud prevention, in accordance with their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Shipping company
Newsletter
We currently do not offer a newsletter service and therefore do not process personal data for this purpose. Should a newsletter be introduced in the future, subscription will be voluntary and based on your consent.
Customer Communications (Transactional emails)
Transactional emails include order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other essential communications related to your purchase, as well as communications from our customer service team in response to your inquiries via email or contact forms.
This may include your first name, last name, email address, order details, and any other information provided in your message, all of which may be shared with our transactional email provider. This information is used solely to facilitate and enhance your shopping experience with us.
Currently, transactional emails are managed by us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our service. We also use WooCommerce analytics. WooCommerce analytics is a reporting and data analysis tool to help managing our store.
