About us

I was born and raised in Korea, surrounded by creative influences that shaped my perspective from an early age. As an adult, I moved to Shanghai, a vibrant and international city, where I spent several years meeting people from diverse cultures and exploring new ways of thinking. Later, I moved to Sweden, where I found even more creative inspiration in its unique environment. These exciting experiences broadened my creativity and deepened my ability to connect with people in meaningful ways, ultimately shaping the vision for my future work.

However, life took an unexpected turn when I faced a cancer diagnosis in my early 30s. This was an incredibly challenging time, but it forced me to confront the fragility of life and strengthened my resolve to keep moving forward. Despite the obstacles, I found new ways to fight, not just physically, but creatively. This journey led me to rediscover fabric wrapping, a treasured practice from my past. By blending traditional Korean bojagi and techniques with modern design, I created something deeply personal and impactful. Each wrapped gift became a reflection of resilience, intention, and care, a celebration of creativity and connection.

With a background in journalism and communication, I have always believed in the power of storytelling to build meaningful connections. My experience in fashion, e-commerce, and marketing has taught me how to align creativity with intention, which forms the backbone of my work with STUDIO INIIT.

Through this work, I aim to share this thoughtful approach with others. The name INIIT represents the idea of connection, which is at the core of everything I do. By carefully selecting fabrics, designs, and colors, I create wraps that not only look beautiful but also convey a sense of intention and care.
