About STUDIO INIIT AB
STUDIO INIIT AB (hereinafter referred to as “STUDIO INIIT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional services in gift wrapping, gift advisory and planning, as well as gift curation. Our work is tailored and customized to meet the requirements of each business client.
STUDIO INIIT, registration number 559428-2260, is based in Stockholm.

General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with STUDIO INIIT by business clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”). By placing an order or accepting a quote from STUDIO INIIT, the Client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any applicable pick-up and delivery terms, in their entirety. By proceeding with an order, the Client acknowledges having read and understood these terms and agrees to comply with them. The Client also confirms that they have read STUDIO INIIT’s privacy policy and consent to the processing of personal data and the use of cookies in accordance with that policy.
STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time an order is placed.
Quotes and Orders
A quote issued by STUDIO INIIT is an offer that outlines the estimated scope of services, pricing, and conditions based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Quotes are indicative and may change if the underlying assumptions, such as quantities, materials, delivery conditions, or other relevant factors, are altered. If there is any error in the quote, please contact us immediately.
An order with STUDIO INIIT is considered placed once the Client has accepted a quote and its terms. Once an order is placed, the Client may request changes; however, STUDIO INIIT is not obliged to accept such requests. If STUDIO INIIT agrees to the request, in whole or in part, a revised quote will be issued, which must be accepted by the Client before the changes can proceed.
Change requests made by the Client after an order is placed will not necessarily result in a reduction of the agreed estimated quote. However, such requests may increase the price if they affect the originally agreed terms, for example by increasing quantities, delaying delivery of items from the Client, requesting earlier wrapping or delivery, or altering other agreed conditions. If the Client does not accept the revised quote, the last accepted order and its terms will prevail, provided the Client continues to meet their obligations.
If the Client fails to meet their obligations under the agreed terms, such as providing items on time or in the agreed quantities, STUDIO INIIT is not obliged to meet the delivery date or complete the service as initially agreed. In such cases, the Client forfeits the right to request any compensation, deduction, or reduction of the agreed order. The Client remains liable to pay the full amount originally agreed. The Client may still cancel the order in accordance with the provisions set out in the section “Cancellation”.
Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer to STUDIO INIIT’s PlusGiro or by other payment methods if offered during the order process. STUDIO INIIT reserves the right not to offer all payment methods for every order.
STUDIO INIIT may require a down payment of 20% of the total order value before commencing preparation of the order. In such cases, specific payment terms will be outlined in the agreement. If the down payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms, STUDIO INIIT is not obliged to complete the service as initially agreed, and the Client forfeits the right to request any compensation, deduction, or reduction of the agreed order. If the down payment remains unpaid after an additional grace period, STUDIO INIIT may cancel the order and seek damages. After the down payment has been received, STUDIO INIIT will confirm the updated pick-up or delivery date. If the Client does not agree with the new terms, the Client may still cancel the order in accordance with the provisions set out in the section “Cancellation”.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, STUDIO INIIT may require full payment no later than one (1) day before delivery or shipping. STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been confirmed.
If agreed in writing, STUDIO INIIT may issue an invoice after completion of the service. Standard payment terms are fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, STUDIO INIIT is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs in accordance with Swedish law.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Additional charges for transport, packaging, or special handling may apply.
STUDIO INIIT reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of supplier price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect information.
Transport, Shipping, Pick-up, and Delivery
STUDIO INIIT may offer various transport, pick-up, and delivery options depending on the order. Associated fees will be communicated in advance. Delivery times may vary and will be specified in the quote.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate pick-up, delivery, and contact information. STUDIO INIIT is not liable for failed or delayed pick-ups or deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the Client. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will apply, in addition to any re-shipping costs and any additional fees incurred for returning the items to STUDIO INIIT.
When the Client delivers, picks up, or arranges shipment of items to STUDIO INIIT, these actions must take place within regular working hours (08:00–16:00 CET), unless otherwise agreed. Specific terms will be specified in the quote. If items are delivered or picked up at a different time than agreed in the order, the new times must be confirmed by STUDIO INIIT, and this may result in additional costs as outlined below.
STUDIO INIIT may charge an additional fee of SEK 500 for deliveries or pick-ups taking place at any time during weekends, or between 21:00 and 07:00 CET on weekdays. For deliveries or pick-ups outside regular working hours on weekdays and the times specified above, an additional fee of SEK 250 may apply.
Cancellation
Because STUDIO INIIT’s services are highly customized and prepared specifically for each Client, the following cancellation terms apply:
- If an order is canceled from the moment the order is placed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery to STUDIO INIIT, the Client will be charged 30% of the total order value.
- If an order is canceled less than 24 hours (i.e., within 23:59 hours) before the scheduled pick-up or delivery to STUDIO INIIT, but before the Client has been notified that the service has been completed, the Client will be charged 75% of the total order value, plus any transportation and packaging costs incurred.
- An order cannot be canceled after the Client has been notified that the service has been completed. In such cases, the full order value will be invoiced.
When an order is canceled, STUDIO INIIT is not obliged to deliver any wrapping work already completed. The Client will receive their items back unwrapped and is responsible for arranging collection of their items from STUDIO INIIT.
To request a cancellation, the Client must contact STUDIO INIIT and provide the order number. A cancellation is only valid once confirmed in writing by STUDIO INIIT.
Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act applies only to consumers and therefore does not apply to business clients.
As STUDIO INIIT’s services are customized and prepared specifically for each Client, orders placed by business clients are binding and not subject to any right of withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
STUDIO INIIT shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or other financial losses resulting from the performance or use of its services.
STUDIO INIIT accepts no responsibility for delays, errors, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, war, natural disasters, government actions, interruptions in the supply chain, or other events beyond STUDIO INIIT’s control.
Due to the nature of STUDIO INIIT’s services and the company’s limited knowledge of the contents, origin, authenticity, condition, and functionality of the items provided by the Client, STUDIO INIIT shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, theft, or other unforeseen events that may occur during transportation, handling, wrapping, or delivery. The Client acknowledges that STUDIO INIIT cannot assess or verify the nature, origin, authenticity, condition, or functionality of the items and therefore disclaims any liability in this regard.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all items provided to STUDIO INIIT are legally transportable, safe to handle, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Client shall bear full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the submission of illegal, prohibited, or hazardous items. If STUDIO INIIT identifies or suspects that items are counterfeit, illegal, or stolen, the company will immediately report the matter to the relevant authorities and fully cooperate with any subsequent investigation.
Product Information
We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and sell out of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products’ exact appearance, as there may be slight variations in color due to screen displays, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
Guarantee, Complaints, and Claims
STUDIO INIIT’s services are provided without any express or implied guarantees beyond what is stated in these terms. All work is carefully inspected before completion and delivery. If, despite this, the Client finds that the delivered service contains an error or deviation from the agreed order, STUDIO INIIT will, at its discretion, rectify the issue at no additional cost to the Client.
The Client must submit any complaint immediately upon discovering the defect. The Client must always contact STUDIO INIIT for approval before returning any items or requesting rework.
Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with an order.
